By accessing or using our website, network of regional calendars, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Unified Arts provides a crowdsourced, multi-tenant community calendar platform. We offer infrastructure for Regional Directors to manage localized calendars, for Contributors to submit and manage event listings, for Advertisers to purchase promotional space, and for Members to discover and follow local arts and culture events.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of the content (text, images, links) you submit to Unified Arts. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content across our network.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, flag, modify, or remove any content or account at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Certain roles (Contributors, Regional Directors, Advertisers) may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor (Square).
The Unified Arts platform, including its code, design, architecture, and original graphics, is the intellectual property of Unified Arts and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, visual design elements, or concepts without express written permission.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. We do not guarantee that events listed by third parties will occur as scheduled, nor do we endorse any specific event, venue, or sponsor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unified Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services, the conduct of third parties, or any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
